I'm looking for large parcels of land that I can develop into a Solar Farm. I need YOUR help to find them.
What's in it for you?
Agents & Brokers: You get to earn the commission on the purchase that is offered in the MLS.
Investors: We'll pay you a generous lead or assignment fee at the closing of the purchase.
What properties am I looking for?
30 Acres and above of buildable land
Less than 2 miles from an electrical substation
Mostly flat or gentle topography
Areas where there is no united opposition to solar farm projects
Must have legal access
Wetlands and FEMA flood zone are ok, but they cannot be considered in the buildable acreage
Other factors that are important:
The electrical infrastructure must be sufficient to support additional power generation
Some states and localities have additional incentives that make projects more viable
We will consider all states, but these states currently have favorable programs for solar farms: NY, PA, MA, MD, IL, MN, CO, NM, DE, ME, VA, NC, FL, OR, IN, MI, MS

We'll propose a lead or assignment fee if the property fits our criteria. If not, then we'll notify you as well that the property is not a fit

If there is potential for a deal, we'll email you to coordinate the next steps.
If the potential deal falls outside of our parameters, we will email you to let you know why.
If we don't have enough information to make a decision, we'll let you know what we need.
Our commitment
